Calculator and report data
Handarm’s calculator runs in your browser. The public calculator and browser-only daily sheet stay on your device until you choose to save a company record. The company-account feature sends the operative names and optional references, site/project, working date, tools, entered vibration values, trigger times and calculated exposure totals to the company database. Daily report drafts are stored in this browser’s local storage and remain until you clear them or remove site data. Favourite tool IDs are also saved locally in this browser; select a saved star to remove a favourite. Favourites remain when you reset the calculator or change the working date, and are not shared between devices. Calculator drafts use session storage and are restored only for the same calendar day.
Anyone using the same browser profile on this device may be able to see saved reports. Avoid entering names on shared devices unless appropriate safeguards are in place. Changing browser, device or website address does not transfer these drafts.
Company accounts and records
Approved supervisors complete records for operatives; operatives do not need accounts. Clerk verifies supervisor email addresses and manages sign-in. Handarm checks company membership and approval on the server. The administrator can approve, reject or suspend supervisor access. Supervisors can access only the records they prepared and their own operative list. Sharing a company or email domain does not grant access to another supervisor’s records. The Handarm administrator has oversight of company records. Company records, revisions and account-action logs are stored using the website’s Cloudflare D1 database. Operative records are not sent to Clerk as authentication profiles.
Signing out or clearing browser storage does not delete company records. Contact Handarm and your company administrator about access, corrections or deletion requests. PDF copies downloaded or printed by a supervisor remain under the company’s control. Clerk privacy policy.
Clearing and exporting your information
Use “Clear this date’s report” to remove a saved daily report. Reset clears the current calculator; it does not remove saved reports. Your browser’s site-data settings can remove all local Handarm data. Printed sheets and exported PDFs are separate copies under your control: store, share and dispose of them according to your organisation’s requirements.
Website services and external links
The website is delivered using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and requested URLs for delivery, security and operation. Handarm’s application code does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces and receives normal web requests when they load.
Links from a tool page into the calculator can include the selected tool, magnitude and time in the URL; avoid sharing such links if those values are confidential. Contacting Handarm
If you choose to email us, your email provider and the receiving mailbox process what you send. Do not include operative names, signatures or medical information in tool-data correction requests. Contact and corrections.
